Supplement Reviews
The vast majority of "expert" sources in the diet and fitness supplement industry have hidden agendas based on selling supplements. Most fitness magazines are owned by supplement companies, athletes are paid for their endorsements, and research is often funded by the product patent holder or parent company. Because of these types of bias, it can be incredibly difficult to find objective, neutral research and experience-based information about what supplements have value, which ones are hype, and which ones might even be dangerous. Here at the Inner Circle we do not sell supplements and we never will. We have no connection whatsoever to any supplement companies and our mission is to provide honest, unbiased and well-researched information about supplements so that you can make more informed decisions.

The support here is incredible for my morale. I'm excited about the inches I've lost. In the past when I'd get halfway there, I'd lose motivation and quit. I've never made it this far and still felt motivated to keep going. "
Rikki Fougere
"I have many people everyday ask me what my secret is and how I lost 137 pounds. I tell them the same thing - I use Tom Venuto's Burn The Fat - Feed The Muscle program and it all boils down to "How bad do you want it?"
