Our calorie and nutrient data section of the Inner Circle website will provide you with several tools for researching the nutrient values of your foods including calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats. These tools include a comprehensive searchable online data base, as well as downloadable reference charts which list only Burn The Fat-approved foods.
Calories do count, and your macronutrient split (ratios of protein, carbohydrates and fats), can have a strong impact on your body composition. Use this data for general information, to choose the healthiest foods and to help design your own calorie and macronutrient-balanced menus.
