The Physique Artist

Viewing training as an art form and your body as a sculpture is a simple shift in mindset that brings out the beauty in your ongoing body transformation. The art of molding and chiseling an aesthetically pleasing physique with ideal proportions, spectacular symmetry, and magnificent detail is one of life's most rewarding and fulfilling experiences. It's an opportunity for self growth and self discovery that will impact every area of your life.

Scott is a Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of The University of Windsor's Human Kinetics Program with Honors in Movement Science '99. Scott began with an intense interest in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics, but quickly developed a love for Sport Psychology as well. It is his love for the power of the human mind that let him to become more than a trainer, but also a fitness motivator and "excuse buster."

Most recently, Scott has taken up - and EXCELLED - at physique training and body sculpting using the classic weight training and resistance training techniques of champion bodybuilders. He's a trainer and coach who walks the walk and leads by example.
