Clean Eating Compliance Survey
There are two types of compliance to a nutrition program - compliance to a calorie deficit and compliance to a "clean" foods list. It's an established fact that you MUST comply to a calorie deficit or you simply won't lose weight. But what is an ideal compliance rate to a healthy/nutrient dense (aka "Clean") food list? Research suggests that junk food, particularly sugar or the sugar + fat combination may have addictive qualities in some circumstances.
