One of the keys to success is to model successful people, so please be sure to visit their journals. Not only will you be inspired and motivated, you may also find yourself picking up some nutrition, training and positive mindset tips that could help you on your next fitness challenge. Rachel says that at one point in her past she thought the idea of having a sexy body was "ludicrous." However, by setting goals, adopting a new success mindset, setting up a support system and following "Burn The Fat" nutrition principles, she cut 50 pounds of fat in 6 months. When the holiday challenge rolled around she realized it would be another step forward for her, proving that if she could succeed during this time a year, she could succeed any time! And succeed she did. Rachel burned a very impressive 5.7% body fat and dropped 13.4 pounds, while keeping all her muscle. Congratulations Rachel! Jennifer Saunders
Jennifer Saunders posted a 3% drop in body fat and a 6 pound drop on the scale, with impressive visual results: She dramatically flattened her stomach and tightened her waistline (that's 3 inches around the waistline, gone!) Most impressive of all, this came on top of a long and stressful year, plus Jennifer counts herself among the group of women who normally gain 10-15 pounds during the winter. How did she do it? Jennifer mastered the art of creating a vision of her new body in her mind, visualizing it and manifesting it through action. Job well done, Jennifer! Caroline Bounds
A wife and mother of three children, age 12, 10 and 7, Caroline is busy, but blessed to have a great support team at home as well as in the Burn The Fat Inner Circle community. Nevertheless, achieving a great holiday transformation was not easy with the physical limitations of Rheumatoid arthritis, combined with an endomorphic and carbohydrate intolerant body. With so much support and a tremendous positive attitude, Caroline pressed on and discovered that even when her exercise program was severely limited, by eating super clean, she could get brilliant results: a 5.2% decrease on body fat and 11 pounds burned! Way to go, Caroline!

Sally Sanders
Coming off a difficult year, Sally had reached 215 lbs and a size 18 by November. At the beginning of the holiday season, when most people let their eating and physical activity slide the most, Sally decided to do the opposite: She signed on for the Burn The Fat Holiday challenge. Getting leaner and healthier over the holidays is challenging for anyone, but try doing it when you live on your family-owned bakery and winery! Despite being surrounded by temptations every day, Sally dropped 13.6 pounds and reduced her body fat percentage by 3.5%. And take a look at her waist - she shrunk her waistline by 9 3/4 inches! Fantastic job Sally!
