Burn The Fat Challenge Event Descriptions
5 Events Per Year, Held Right Here in the Burn the Fat Inner Circle

The Burn the Fat Love Your Body Challenge (Starts in February)
Challenge length: 49 days (7 weeks)

The Love Your Body Challenge is based on points not pictures. You score points for your healthy daily and weekly actions. Before and After photos are optional. Post your meal plan, score points. Post your goals and daily affirmations, score points. Complete and post workout details, weigh-in and post your weekly measurements, complete a fun weekly mini-challenge, score points. You don't have to attain a perfect score to win! All challenge finishers are eligible to win prizes! Click here fore more information about the Love Your Body Challenge.

The Burn the Fat Summer Challenge aka "The Big Burn" (Starts in May)
Challenge length: 98 days (14 weeks)

The Summer Challenge is a Body Transformation Contest and it is the biggest event of the year, with the highest number of contestants and the biggest prizes, such as tropical island vacations
Before and After photos are required, as well as weekly posting of weigh-in stats, to be eligible to win.
Join a team for added motivation and accountability.
Winner categories include: Overall male, overall female and special category awards for most ripped, best body recomposition and most transformed over age 50.

The Burn the Fat Million Step & Mt. Everest Challenge
Challenge length: 100 days (Runs concurrently with 98-day summer challenge)
The Million Step Challenge is a fitness contest where you walk, hike, jog, "slog," run, step, climb or otherwise get off your backside and log 1,000,000 steps in 100 days! In the Mt. Everest Challenge, you climb the equivalent of the elevation of Mt. Everest, hiking outdoors or climbing up your own stair case!
Track your steps with a pedometer; track your elevation gained manually, or using a pedometer equipped with an altimeter.
Everyone who achieves at least one million steps is eligible to win!

The Burn the Fat Fitness Habits Challenge (Starts in September)
Challenge length: 28 days (4 weeks)

The 28-Day Fitness Habits Challenge is based on points, not pictures. Score points for posting daily nutrition, workout information, goals and affirmations, and for completing a daily Bonus Point assignment. Score points for posting your weekly weigh-in and updated stats. Before and After photos are optional.
All challenge finishers, regardless of score, are eligible to win prizes!

The Burn the Fat Holiday Challenge (Starts in November)
Challenge length: 49 days (7 weeks)

The Holiday Challenge is a Body Transformation Contest. Before and After photos are required, along with weekly weigh-in and stats posting in the forums.
Some events have a team division for camaraderie and added accountability (TBA prior to each event) Winner categories may include: Overall male, overall female and special category awards for most ripped, best body recomposition and most transformed over age 50.
