Welcome to the first issue of the Burn The Fat Inner Circle
Quick Fit-Tips And Inner Circle Update e-zine.

This e-mail newsletter (e-zine) is freee and it is for both
inner circle members as well as non members.

In the top half of each once-a-week issue, you'll receive a very
short, very-practical, take-it-to-the-gym or take-it-into-the-kitchen
tip that you can apply immediately to burn more fat, build more
muscle and get better results you can see and feel.

Each e-zine tip will be brief enough - just a paragraph or two of
power-packed info - so that you can can read it in minutes or even
seconds.

Below the Fit-Tip of the week, in the bottom half of each e-zine, you
will find the Inner Circle update, which will list what's new on the
site in each Inner Circle department as well as in the Burn The Fat
Inner Circle Discussion Forums.

Last but not least, before you read this week's premier ezine issue
below, we have some really GREAT news! We're very pleased to announce

Spice up Your Routine with Hybrids

Are you running short on time and searching for ways
to get more workout done in less time?

If so, then please allow me to introduce you to
"Hybrid exercises."

A hybrid is where you take two or more exercises
and put them together to form one combination exercise.

Hybrids allow you to get more work done in less time.
Hybrids are great for athletes and for those looking to
increase their rate of fat loss.

Hybrids are great for fat loss because they stimulate
more muscle mass and thus burn more calories.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to Hybrids,
once you understand the concept, but here are a few examples
that you can work into your training program to get you started
and to help you get more "bang for your buck."

- Squat with Overhead Press, aka "thruster" (DB)
- Chest Press To Lying Triceps Extension (DB)
- Chest Press To Pec Fly (DB)
- Hammer Curl to Overhead Press to Overhead Shrug (DB)
- Lunge with Biceps Curl (DB)
- Squat with 2 dumbbell front raise
- Front Squat to Push Press (Bar)
- Deadlift to Upright Row (Bar)
- Back Squat to Goodmorning (Bar)
- Power Clean to Front Squat to Push Press to back Squat

There you have it. Some great ways to spice up your
training and get more done in less time!
