Healthy Cajun "Fried" Cod Cakes
I made 8 different variations of fish cakes and cod cakes before giving this one the blue ribbon, so you can rest assured, these have been taste-tested to the max… and they're delicious! Of course, you're probably wondering how you can eat "fried" fish as part of a fat-burning and muscle-building nutrition program... Well, these aren't really "fried" as in deep fried in oil - this delish dish has been given the Burn The Fat "healthy makeover treatment," but I call them "Cajun fried" anyways because these lean and healthy fish cakes taste so good, they could almost pass for deep fried, southern-style . . .
